I know, when I'm snackish, that it's too much work to season and roast, so I season up large batches and divide into serving sized batches to throw in the oven when future me has cravings.
The best way for me to avoid anxiety at work is to not fall behind where anxiety is waiting to get me. Procrastination is the mainspring of my anxieties and has always been my greatest struggle.
It's why I tell myself every morning before work that 'we're going to get after it today'. A reminder of what I have to do.

We can live ayurvedically and substitute natural, non-dairy milks and cheeses, avocado, raw almonds, and raw tahini for stolen animal breast milk, cheese, butter, and ghee.
In this way, we can experience the benefits of Ayurveda without harming anybody.

Hence there are no actions which in themselves are inherently #abnormal or universally condemned by all societies at all times. Deviance is thus situational and contextual.
• “No” is a complete sentence.
• If you’re not having a good time you can leave.
• Never make yourself smaller just to make other people more comfortable.
• It’s okay not to be okay.
• Don’t take criticism from someone you wouldn’t take advice from.
• Other people’s opinions of you are none of your business.
• Speak as kindly to yourself as you would speak to others.
• Be your own greatest cheerleader, always.
