People who are in chat groups with known militants get flagged by Lavender. There is little doubt that Israeli intelligence infiltrates large chat groups, but Meta's track record on Israel/Palestine suggests it may also actively hand over data and allow Israel to automate the process.

    @nedhamson1 You know we live in the greatest country in the world. We have the greatest economy in the world and groceries are a little high, gas is a little high, but it’s not outrageous and everyone is making more money, if they’re not, there are better paying jobs out there, so to me this is political.
