I've been very fortunate to find myself in a nice career.

I know many people who haven’t had the same path and the weight of student loans is financially drowning them. I'm truly happy that this will do something to give back to people who put so much in, but can’t break out from underneath the system.

This kind of policy won’t be coming from Republicans. Joe Biden has my vote.

Stackable degrees really is fascinating to me. Many community colleges have certificate programs that provide training and have child care centers.

Important things that students fur which should not need to takes out massive amounts of debt.

Found the interview I was looking for.

Victoria Soto, now a dean at the University of Arkansas, was interviewed about how COVID impacted women. She discussed the community college system:

One example is preparing women and preparing the workforce in general in in the occupations that are going to be most in need. A lot of these are in the medical profession, in health care. And what we've seen is this rise of an institutionalization of the stackable degrees. So you go and you become a dental hygienist and from there, maybe you do office management and you stack these degrees.

And this is really where I want to give props to the community college system. I think that as we move forward, we need to really put the community college system back into the center and understand the essential educational services that they provide to folks, because not everyone is going to go to college.

I cannot tell you how many times I watched this movie. The fact that Harry Hamlin ended up having a kid with Aphrodite - who was 15 his senior - was probably the first big celebrity gossip story I followed. So scandalous!

My brother even had a Clash of the Titans lunch box. We loved this movie SO much.

This race is really hard to call because the district consists of two huge counties, Queens and Nassau.

Democrats are being asked to support a candidate who just said that while Trump is bad, Biden is worse.

South Carolina's primary is Saturday. Democrats are being asked to cross-over and vote for Nikki Haley to save democracy.

Nikki Haley announced today that she supports the Alabama Supreme Court decision that IVF embryos are babies.

She may not be as crazy as Trump. She may not be besties with Putin. The woman is still a danger.
