A Valley of fog and small lakes. in cold winter with the sun setting. Yellow to blue
A Layer of Cloud below Rivington Pike but the angle has the pike before the cloud. The sky above is clear but the sun is setting.
A far off layer of cloud looks like buildings which is cloud built up around hills in the lake district. In the foreground lies a hill with the sun shining red on it at sunset.

Russia's foreign ministry officially filed a complaint with the U.N.'s International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) on Oct. 11.

The ministry called unfair the ban placed by EU countries, as well as the U.S., U.K., and Canada on Russian airlines from operating in their airspace, the export of aviation parts and insurance for Russian airlines, and the sharing of meteorological information.

What is the point even anymore? If it's not ad free why pay? (I guess they will have ad free if you pay more??)

Well I waste too much time watching stuff anyways. I got rid of youTube for this and others will follow. Not paying OR watching unless I can avoid ads.

Ads are a huge and harmful force on my quality of life. I will go to great ends to avoid them. I also use blockers, naturally, but blockers aren't perfect. (YouTube still has "mid roll" ads even with the best.)

Norway wants Facebook behavioural advertising banned across Europe.

Norway has told the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) it believes a countrywide ban on Meta harvesting user data to serve up advertising on Facebook and Instagram should be made permanent and extended across Europe.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor said on Friday that "very difficult questions" would need to be answered before the European Union could even start membership talks with Ukraine.

"We don't know how big the territory of this country is, as the war is still ongoing, we don't know how big its population is as they are fleeing ... to admit a country to the EU without knowing its parameters, this would be unprecedented." Orban said.
