Well, another beekeeper totally screwed up a swarm capture at our local elementary school. The vacuumed up the bees instead of boxing them up and waiting until evening. Thus leaving half the swarm wondering where the queen went, and not solving the problem at all. I was called by one of the teachers... nothing I could do. Although most of the bees crawled into my bag of bee gear and I took them home. #beekeeping #failure

First time for a bunch of bees to move directly into my beekeeping gear, ha ha ha. Kind of like being the Pied Piper. They followed me in from the parking lot, and even before I put on my bee suit there were 50 bees surrounding me. The liked the bag better than the box of wax.... I just zipped the 60-100 bees in my pocket there and put them in the car. #beekeeping

I served some beer for the slugs outside
Hoping it would work to give them a ride
To the great beyond where the big slugs go
And finally stop eating the squash and tomato

Unfortunately it appears I have gone too far
And built a great happening slug bar

More Death Valley camping reviews... 😂

"Strongly recommend to not do camping there. Wind is very bad. It was like sand storm and we didn’t get any information regarding it. So we spent whole night in car. Our tent was damaged and we saw almost 50% of people leaving in the middle of the night. That situation was scary and dangerous."
