Yes, turning in an empty ballot sends the message "I care about this but don't approve of any candidate." I would also want a better voting method like ranked choice and require an actual majority to win instead of just a plurality.

I have pihole running on my NAS, and my DHCP server is configured to return the NAS IP as the primary DNS server (and 1.1.1.1 as the secondary).
