This beauty emerged from the hedgerow with its lunch yesterday while I was out and about. It offered me a square go (Scottish vernacular), which was nice, because it let me grab a few shots.
Seemed a little small for a buzzard, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is. As usual, always happy to be corrected.
I took the camera with me on my bike ride late last week and did an eclectic selection of shots from whatever caught my eye during the ride. Cost me a pair of cleats.
A couple of lovely big fish doing their thing in Girvan harbour this afternoon. Don't know a thing about fish, but my guess is mullet. Happy to be corrected.
Posting a few more shots from sections of spilled diesel on the River Girvan a couple of days ago.
Thankfully, these accidental spills are rare. Obviously, I would prefer that they never happened at all, but there is an innate beauty in the ever-changing myriad of colours and shapes that flow with the river current when they do happen.
