Dig a little deeper - they didn’t so much as uphold the lower court ruling as much as they declined to call it up for their review. May not be the right set of facts to try to set national precedent on. Hmm, took a zinc and hoping for the best. One of my relatives was sniffly in the car, I should have just wore an N95 when picking them up from the airport and dealt with the crap I'd get about wearing a mask from the family. (I generally don't care about what anyone things, but in-family politics are something else...). "But the pandemic is over, that's what the CDC said" normies.

@ai6yr That’s at least better than some, anyway. We normally don’t mask around here at this point and just keep our flu & COVID shots current, but when any of us is feeling sniffly or coughing outside of normal allergies, that person masks up outside the house to try to avoid exposing others.

weather - At the moment, if I’m reading my Windy app right, the only model that’s verifying right now as I look out the door is the NAM, and that model shows some partial clearing north of I-20 at eclipse time. Cross y’all’s fingers. 😎

For me, it's work stuff with a meeting at 12pm EST. The wife and I will be cooking some burgers on the grill today and then of course we have the eclipse as we're in the path of 82.5% totality.

Fortnite with friends this evening as we always do on Monday's.

@tshirtman If we strand Israel, we sacrifice our own foothold in the Middle East. Netanyahu knows that, and it limits the pressure we can put on him without jeopardizing our own interests.
