Breaking it down by branch numbers though, Seattle has the most funding of all mentioned libraries (#TacomaPublicLibrary & #PierceCountyLibrary included). Though, #JBLMlibrary is the 1 exception since it's funded by DoD; federally funded.
Summer is Here is a beautiful and colorful picture book sharing all the wonderful things that are enjoyed during the summer, such as bubbles, fruits or pool. The art is truly mesmerizing and so incredible ! It is a great book to be enjoyed as a family while sharing happy memories of past summers and create new ones.

While a crowd favorite, from all of her books, this is the one I like the least. I find the idea of Emma toying with a young woman's future out of boredom and entitlement quite unappealing. I know, I know, it all ends well, but still, I can't get over that part.

@gisiger@CultureDesk@bookstodon It’s a bit sad that libraries have fallen out of favour in most places. Coming from the UK, Denmark’s libraries are great places to spend time, are well stocked, and are efficient places to read lots of books. I like eReaders but moving here reminded me that part of why they are great is because the previous way of reading lots of different books has been underfunded for decades.
