Why might magazines from other instances be incomplete?
There's a warning at the top, but I'm curious as to the "why". The comments that may or may not be visible seem to be a roll of the dice as well. If I respond to someone in a comment, I have no idea if they can see it.
Federation takes time, and sometimes only travels one way.
A magazine may be incomplete because a person on the home mag could have made a post right this just now which has not yet federated out to the instance on which you are viewing the magazine.
