Basically - you export the lists from your current server and then import them to your new server.
@PixelBandits you can transfer followers/following, etc. your posts do not transfer as they’re hosted on your server. You do benefit from a new Local feed and different server rules/moderation if that’s something you’re looking for (wherever you decide to transfer to).
