The fact that two former Trump attorneys have now confirmed — via guilty pleas — that Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election included criminal acts should be a much bigger story.
The entire world has been told by two different attorneys that the election was not "stollen" and in that case Trump literally tried to OVERTHROW AMERICA.
No one cares. But did ya hear Trump is on the campaign trail today so he can become POTUS again and OVERTHROW AMERICA MORE SUCCESSFULLY THIS TIME?
Personal opinion: I'm not sure it's that no one cares, it's that no mainstream media cares to report on it accurately. There is no such thing as mainstream news anymore. It's infotainment and it exists to sell products. Nothing more.
Reporting on it as a "he said, she said" scenario is salacious and draws viewers. As soon as you say "Trump is already guilty, that is a finding of fact" you alienate part of your advertising base.
Everyday I shake my head and wonder how we allowed this to get this far....
Sometimes I think the judicial system is afraid of him because there is no reason whatsoever he shouldn't be held in jail.
It shows me that the rich are above the law...

@Strandjunker So should be the fact that Trump has been found guilty in the áuditing'/loans case and the process is merely to determine the size of the penalty. The reporting feels like a not guilty verdict is possible.
Trump is saying, -they made me guilty without a trial and no jury.
No they, is a JUDGE that actually decided that you were breaking the law and guilty because you are guilty and now they are deciding how you will pay for your guilt.
Trump IS guilty, not Trump might be found guilty by a judge that hates him.

Why aren't those attorney's automatically removed from the bar, their assets seized, and they permanently exiled from this country? I guess their plea deal was to keep them out of prison but a person who commits treason should, at minimum, lose citizenship to the nation they betrayed. And, exile seems like a small price to pay for treason when you consider what would have happened to them 100 years ago. Maybe we should reinstate the death penalty for treason. I'm so sick of this!

His backers stormed the capitol on national TV. That should have been a big enough story to end trump. The bigger story should be him paying the price for it. Not just delusional lawyers.
