@flexghost Gun advocates like to hide behind the 2nd Amendment to justify their "right" to high powered weaponry. Yet they overlook the stated objective of the 2nd Amendment which is "the security of a free state." Once you realize that the 2nd Amendment has not only failed to fulfill it's purpose, and actually served to make us less secure, then the whole constitutional argument for unfettered gun ownership blows up in their faces.

This is going to keep happening because politicians in Washington are terrified of the gun lobby.
This is going to keep happening unless and until we get all private money out of elections and switch to publicly financed elections, such as they have in many Western democracies.
So it's a day later, and not one person has been captured yet in this crime, and yet you still have your provably false post up - your sole response was to tell someone else who complained to shut up.

Guns are a very efficient way to kill people, but they aren't the only way. Fewer people will be murdered if guns are unavailable, but not none, until the underlying ills are remedied.
What are those ills? I don't know. My first guess is the things that keep me up at night: poverty, homelessness, unemployment. But that's only a guess.
Clearly something is very wrong, though. People don't kill each other unless they feel compelled.
@flexghost we are being lead by spineless leaders that allow military grade weaponry to be sold to the most unstable sections of society. Yes if you own a military grade weapon you did not buy it to hunt deer or rabbits you wanted it to shoot humans. That is what it was designed and built to do.
@flexghost America literally has a religious group dedicated to guns. It is madness that is tolerated and/or encouraged by white nationalist ghouls preparing for an eventual purge.
Imagine if an imam in America had a crown made out of bullets. Imagine.
