@StillIRise1963 I’ve never understood that! It is so illogical. If rich people get more money, they’ll just blow it on bigger cars, houses, jewelry, and longer vacations. Or put in offshore accounts. Not much trickle down in that.

I mean, anyone trying to participate in public discourse with anything remotely resembling Trickle Down™️ should be treated with the same level of respect & consideration as a doctor recommending leeches against an imbalance of the humours - but I'm pretty sure you can find examples of people doing exactly that just this year (or month, or week) being reported on as if they have a legitimate point that deserves to be listened to...
