@thomasfuchs Makes me remember; In the 80's (?) we had this radio show. Kids could call and would be given questions and maybe win something. So three fruits starting with b was the question. When the host starts to press the kid for fruit number three he finally goes "borange, you stupid old f*ck" and hangs up.
@thomasfuchs Not in the right region to check, but I wonder what it would do for a suffix of -ussy. I assume it would be the funniest brainrot moment imaginable.
@dilmandila@thomy2000@thomasfuchs yeah, it's a Quora question with various normal responses plus this joke response, and the joke response is being chosen for the excerpt for some reason
(At least that's my interpretation of what's happening.)
@jpab@dilmandila@thomy2000 The thing is: if they want to be an index to the Internet they should only link to the sites, not try to extract the answer to the query and present it in a disingenuous way that looks authoritative (just so you don't leave Google and they can show you more ads).
This is 100% Google's fault, on purpose and terrible; and it doesn't have to be this way.
