#ElonMusk appears to be fully committed to destroying the #platform he hilariously paid $54 billion for. I guess he didn't think #advertisers were fleeing fast enough. 🤷♂️
@ArenaCops It's really frustrating that there are so many people who claim to be against hate, and discrimination, and extremist rhetoric while choosing to remain on the platform. And their excuses for staying are offensively bankrupt. Common are claims that staying to combat the hate is somehow worth propping up and supporting the very machinery that facilitates the hate.
Advertisers are fleeing social media platform X over concerns about their ads showing up next to pro-Nazi content and hate speech on the site in general, with billionaire owner Elon Musk inflaming tensions with his own posts endorsing an antisemitic conspiracy theory.

David is a smart guy and certainly understands hypocrisy. Great example of the power of Twitter addiction to twist ones thoughts and rationales into a pretzel.
How Liberal Comedians Became Lap Dogs for Establishment Power
By belittling #Trump and his followers, these #comics feed the smug, self-righteousness of the ruling establishment, bolstering their sense of moral and intellectual superiority. All the while, they remain comfortably constrained by #corporations and #advertisers. They function as court jesters, never questioning the right of the rulers to rule or the terrible social injustices built into a rigged system.

Funnyman Bill Maher is a strong supporter of Apartheid Israel. He does not trouble to disguise his hatred and contempt for the dispossessed Palestinian people. There's really nothing funny about Funnyman Bill Maher.
