The US media vilifies liberal universities as if they were the bastions of antisemitism. But these universities are the safest places for Jews only second to synagogues. The far-right has been successfully attacking universities in red states and is now using antisemitism (any criticism of Israeli policies and solidarity with Palestinians) to crack down on academic freedom in blue states.
