Sempre la Fabi rileva che al momento “le banche italiane hanno deciso di non versare la tassa sugli extraprofitti introdotta dal governo, optando per l’accantonamento a riserva non distribuibile (opzione prevista nell’ultima versione della legge che istituisce il prelievo, ndr) pari a 2,5 volte l’importo teorico del prelievo fiscale.

Nel mondo reale, l'#UnioneBancaria resta un miraggio e gli stati hanno speso miliardi su salvataggi fiscalmente regressivi (vedi MPS e obbligazioni subprime). È logico quindi ammettere anche provvedimenti uguali e contrari per i periodi di grassa.
In tal caso lo stato andrebbe a confiscare parte di un regalo pagato in effetti dai contribuenti UE (perché TLTRO non seguiva la quota capitale delle banche centrali nazionali). Magari è una furbata ma complica le decisioni a livello #BCE. (A meno che induca i legislatori #UE a muoversi sull'unione bancaria.)
