I'm looking for some volunteers to test a new Cork version. There's one huge bug that needed to be fixed before the next version is released. Are you up for it?
I'm specifically looking for people with a lot of installed Homebrew packages.
Hi there im back with Day 49 of #100DaysofCosmoPic 🙋♂️ Today I used a really cool blog article written by my friend @JagCesar to change how my App Intents are displayed in the Shortcuts app and in spotlight search 😍 I also refined the favorites and history lists with some smooth animations 🤤
If you want to make your App intents look stylish too, here you go:
I need to think a bit about onboarding with Siren. Right now, it kinda just installs the plugin without any context. I don't want to do a full-blown wizard before launch, but maybe a single "getting started" screen would be useful. Hmm.
I love coffee, so I got a nice machine a while ago. Trying new beans means dialing in everything and considering all the nuances. I got tired of taking notes all the time, so I started building a small app that ideally replaces this little notebook.
Which best describes the kind of thing are you trying to sell on your website? I’m thinking about doing a webinar on selling things on your website, but I’m curious on what most of y’all are sellin’ to help me decide on where to start.
I'd also really appreciate if you'd review Cork on other sites, and even send word about it to your favorite Mac publications - every little bit helps immensely.
Without your support, Cork and its community would never be as awesome as it is ❤️ Thank you!
Thanks to @dimitribouniol and @glacials, we're much closer to the next Cork release! I was finally able to implement the first version of a self-compiled check, which was the only requirement left for the next release.
As promised, both Dimitri and Ben will be getting either a free Cork license or the cash equivalent, as well as a special shoutout in the contributors sections once the feature is fully implemented.
I am looking to #Connect with people who are interested in:
Coding
Web Development
Front End
Back end
React/Nextjs
Javascript/Typescript
Tailwind CSS
UI/UX
Open Source
Software Development
Wading in to the SwiftData waters and added saving to a context, and I’m impressed. Gave the app an infinite loop at the view layer and we’ll fix that later.
Doodled a couple candidates for a development and alternate app icon! Someone has to bring a little culture.
Just that tiny bit of progress today but the momentum is what’s important. #BuildInPublic#iOSDev
