If you see someone being hassled by police on the side of the road, it is good form to slow down and yell, "FUCK THE POLICE" as loudly as you can from your car window as you pass them. This reminds the civilian that they are being hassled and that everyone watching feels the police officer is an ass hole.
If you think someone talking about how to fix the imbalances and intentional dysfunction of global monetary and economic policies isn't talking about how to stop the systemic antiblack racist violence of the most powerful white supremacists on earth and how their regime reproduces itself at the source... then you are just not seeing the big picture yet. Take all the time you need, but see it.
Watching well-to-do people, who benefitted disproportionately from life in America in the 'good times' and who represent no marginalized or threatened group, just pack up and move to another country when the political landscape begins to feel 'squicky' to them.
There is a guy boarding the plane with me to San Francisco who’s got a bunch of Aryan eagles and other Nazi tattoos. He’s got an American passport. I would make a joke about how it’s incredible that they’ve got passports, but I’m aware that there’s coalition-building across the world for white supremacists at the moment (and Singapore is a transit point to Australia and New Zealand).
