I love the #Jira ticketing system and the Agile/Scrum methodology in general. I've worked for years and even decades in waterfall environments, and agile just suits my non-linear brain better.
I wonder if #ContentMarketing teams use Jira or have Agile methodologies.
If you work in #Marketing, I'm curious to know what project management software and project management styles you're using.
Think about it. Underlying any effective project management are four entrenched behaviors:
Transparency
Team members are clear on what is so.
Accountability
Team members know what they can count on from each other, and what others can count on from them.
Integrity
There is a match between what team members say is so, and what is so.
Commitment
Team members draw a line, transparently and with integrity, between what they will cause to be so "even in the face of circumstances", and what they won't. That their decisions will be consistent with their commitments.
I often fail to move tasks and projects forward because I don't want to start anything when I'm time-constrained. "I can't get anything done in just five minutes!" I tell myself.
But . . . if a hundred-hour project isn’t worth working on for just five minutes at a time, is it actually worth working on for a hundred hours?

Not a single SMR has been built in the world yet.
It will take decades
Ukrainian authorities are flirting with foreign companies about long-term and expensive projects.
SMR don't comply with current rules in force in Ukraine.
People keep complaining about the phrase “circle back,” but I’m a project manager. My entire job is to keep circling back on things until either the project is complete or we’re all dead.
