@nyrath - yeah, cinema-going is even more problematic than ever before. Which is why I always try to say if you can. I listen to a lot of podcasts where people tell others that they MUST see a new release on the big screen, which is all well and good for those who have the location, finances, and full health. Otherwise it’s not as easy as they think it is.
Geeky action du jour: importing #TheRealists blog posts into a #Notion database — so that I can potentially get interesting insights thanks to its new Q&A feature 👩🏻💻

@winslowjosiah I found hugo quite flexible for sites with or without blogs, as long as you're comfortable editing its HTML templates yourself. It allows for custom article types, categories and context-dependant rendering for things like article previews.
Whilst the US is providing $Ms, #Israel will make no effort to behave like a civilised country. But the UK is just as shamed and inveigled by knowingly selling/providing arms to Israel. The governments of many Western powers are standing behind Israel. It is up to consumers/tourists to #boycott the country & its products.
“The responsibility for this #starvation of children, women and noncombatant males lies squarely with Israel, which is obstructing food aid deliveries.”
I think it'd be a neat idea to start a #blog, and I'm brainstorming how to do it.
Not gonna use #WordPress. #Jekyll sounds promising. There's an alternative called #Pelican that, as the creator of the the Pelicanizer, would be fitting for my blog.
@winslowjosiah If the least amount of friction is your plan ands you want to just write in markdown, you could look at Blot. You basically write markdown files and dump them in a folder, Blot does the rest. You can dump them in a Dropbox folder or a git repo.
