Amazing hazel covered in moss by the Dart river, Huccaby, last week. I like to think it was a deer that was petrified by the piskies, / pixies and then covered in moss.

This is a picture of Brixham harbour, which is only a few miles from where I live. It made the national news last week as the epicentre of an outbreak of cryptosporidium, but is normally thought of as a picturesque fishing port.
It's a popular tourist destination and, to the left of the shot, you can see its well-known replica of Sir Francis Drake's 'Golden Hind', in which he circumnavigated the globe. It's a disturbingly small vessel.

Heavens, I do hope the Shareholder's profits won't be affected, that's all that matters on Shit Island.

All those lucky Brits who have been given the opportunity to have parasites, they should be grateful to their masters, not angry. For sure, what will getting angry do, it's not like the peasants will change anything! /s

The judge’s chair at Dunnabridge pound yesterday, between Two bridges and Dartmeet.
The pound is on the site of a Bronze Age settlement but the walls now are several hundred years old. The shelter was used for shepherds as a shelter from the moorland elements. Probably built here in the 1500s.

British Journalism not even entertaining the notion that the contaminated water could come from a sewage outflow, of the sort our Water Companies are notorious for.
Must be Refugees or Queers or something, innit Brits? /s

An over !? Never seen one before, and did not think my first time would be this far south in my own back garden. Quite a geomagnetic storm raging right now, with quite frankly stunning results.
