OK Friday. I am officially coming at you with determination in my heart, a saw in my hands, and glee in my eyes at the thought I might finally do a job that I've ignored for a LONG time.
A while back I stuck some googly eyes on some fish & was annoyed because it was a rubbish loop & a bit slapdash even for me, so I got another clip & have sporadically been adding more googly eyes.
Decided it was done & generated the new file.
Downside: The loop is worse & overall the new clip looks just the same.
Upside: I think I've discovered a new form of adding-googly-eyes-to-moving-fish therapy. Surprisingly relaxing. Would recommend.
There has been a file sitting on my computer for the last couple of days. Every now and then I go and add a few more googly eyes, then go and do something else.
Had a "what am I doing moment?!" and just generated the file, thinking I'd just ditch it, but now I'm tempted to try and get a better loop and do it properly 😆

I think this is a horseshoe crab. I have some traumatic footage of one stuck on its back but I can't do anything with it until I find the footage of it righting itself.
Feeling a bit guilty. Presented the Atlantic wolffish as an evil fish of doom & it doesn't deserve it. It's just doing its deep down thing & is a species of concern because of human interference
So post about that
But I try to keep things light & there are lots of people better informed than me on stuff like this
Well, just mention it in passing & do something to lighten the tone
More from Rievaulx Abbey, and it might look like I'm being disrespectful to a noble old ruin, but it started off looking really sad, and now it just looks a bit silly and confused, so I reckon I've cheered it up a bit.
Edit: fixing typo because Rievaulx is too difficult to spell, soz.
I am not very well at the moment which I think I am mentioning as I believe it will excuse the gif below in some way, while knowing full well that anyone who is paying attention will have seen me post worse / sillier / more nonsensical when I'm not ill 🤧
Working on a project which splits into 100 equal parts, so I have this constant tally of how far through I am. It's quite weird. Not usually doing anything quite so quantifiable.
Anyhow. 20%.
Have a Snout Snuffler family snapshot to celebrate.
