In addition to pushing it himself, he’s used #Twitter to create a far-right information safe space where an extraordinary outpouring of “great replacement” and “white genocide” #propaganda is absolutely flourishing.
Why the hell did #ElonMusk even bother to do this interview with #DonLemon? He was clearly in a repressed rage throughout the discussion, actually shaking with tears forming in the corners of his eyes as Lemon asked completely fair, and straightforward questions. This is not a reasonable person. This is someone on the brink of uncontrolled violence.

Of course, this is because Elon has welcomed #whiteSupremacists and #antisemites with open arms while openly discriminating against everyone else. The only people left on the platform are bigoted #MAGAts.
Considering one of the biggest complaints I've always heard about libraries and social media is limited time and resources, I'm surprised it's taken this long to embrace the opportunity leaving an objectively problematic platform behind represents.
At least Facebook still has enough useful traction to justify some libraries staying on it, but Twitter was always an oddball choice for local engagement.
#ElonMusk appears to be fully committed to destroying the #platform he hilariously paid $54 billion for. I guess he didn't think #advertisers were fleeing fast enough. 🤷♂️
#ElonMusk pays no mind to the #consequences of his thoughtless actions. Those consequences don't effect him, so he just writes it off as inconsequential. For the people who bear the weight of those consequences, it's not so easy to shrug it off. Elon is a reckless, careless jerk with no regard for the people he hurts.
#ElonMusk creates the conditions on his #platform for #hateSpeech and #disinformation to run rampant, gets criticized by a chorus of people and institutions, loses revenue because his platform is now a #cesspool for #bigotry, and then singles out a #Jewish-identifying organization fighting #antisemitism as the one to blame. Get off #Twitter. Now. There's no rational basis for engaging with a platform that explicitly promotes and amplifies hate-speech and bigotry.
