I looked up an ex on a whim and discovered that in our years apart, he has started to lose his hair, despite being relatively young, and is well on his way to being bald.

It's an oddly consistent pattern that men who treat me badly go bald and the ones who treat me well retain their hair.

Is someone working on a global low/no-covid specific dating app?

Because if god willing there is ever a world where it's safe for me to leave the house again, I would really like to meet people who are:

• systems thinkers
• in solidarity with those who have less economic power
• fighting eugenics and ableism
• able to resist peer pressure
• resolved in their convictions
• thinking for the long term

On a whim, I just looked up a guy I had a massive crush on in high school. (I.e., researched hm online, we haven't spoken.)

He's got a good job where he makes a difference for other people, he's active volunteering in his community, it looks like he's living a great life.

I'm thrilled to the marrow of my bones that he seems to be doing so well. He was always a good guy.

Also: I have always had great taste in guys.

I was chatting yesterday with the friend who proposes to me a few times a year. He reiterated that he wants to marry me and plans to with my permission.

He's been doing this for years and I still have no idea if he is serious but he definitely does wonders for my morale.
