Family visits: I explained that we were being very covid cautious and wouldn't unmask. They said they were being very careful, not seeing many people. I declined their lunch and brunch offers.

Showed up. They invited another person with a chronic cough. Later, I learned first person was just getting over "flu and pneumonia" and had travelled earlier that week.

Their "very careful" is not going to keep me safe.

I hate not being able to trust people to keep me safe.

Because if god willing there is ever a world where it's safe for me to leave the house again, I would really like to meet people who are:
