Last night Mr. Laffy, the twins, and I celebrated:

1- May 34th
2- Finding a townhouse to put an offer on …in our preferred complex, exactly where we wanted to buy
3- Being together again, in for realsies
4- The rule of law working as it should

Today I woke up (I actually didn’t sleep much) under the weather… which started yesterday but was trying to ignore. So, no Champagne today.

Publicity. I understand many who visit open houses are realty agents.

We had a very difficult sale back in '92(?), and ultimately it was another realtor who visited our open house who found us a buyer.
