I have had more bullshit from the onboarding process from the community college jobs I've held than from any other job. These are contingent, precarious, low paying jobs. I can not understand how it's possible that the worst jobs to have are the most onerous to navigate.

Hi folks. Looking for some help. I think I'm going to stop applying for academic positions after several years with zero interviews.
