Just had my first proper gaming session with my 3 year old son and it was fantastic! We were playing #CrashBandicoot. I was controlling the movement, and he was in charge of jumping and “Wizzy Wizzy!” We died so many times but it didn’t matter as he found it hilarious every time Crash fell.
Ads on #YouTube are getting ridiculous. I’m now getting 25-40 seconds of unskippable ads every 5 minutes or so.
I get that ads are needed to fund free services but when it’s constantly interrupting the content, it just leads to an awful user experience on any device not using an ad-blocker and does not make me want to use it. Maybe that’s the point.
I’d just prefer it if they’d put all the ads at the beginning of the content.
Just got home after watching #LordOfTheRings: Return of the King at the cinema. I never got to watch them at the cinema when it originally released so to watch it on the big screen was amazing!
Reposting this as I'm just sick of #fireworks now. It's constant. Every fucking night.

Not sure when I'll be streaming again next. Going to play it by ear and put less pressure on myself to keep to a schedule. I'll probably just decide on the day if I want to do it or not.
I inherited an Apple Watch Series 5 from my mother-in-law, however the battery health is at 69% (not so nice!).
I can go down the official route of an Apple “Repair”, but from what I can see online, instead of replacing the battery, they’ll just replace the whole thing with a refurbished one. This one is in pretty good condition and I don’t want to risk getting one in a worse state, and it also costs £80.
I’m really struggling with finding motivation to work at the moment. I think I’m just bored of what I do day-to-day and I feel stuck where I am. Can’t afford to start from the beginning again doing something else, not that I even know what that something else could be.
I’ve got a one-to-one meeting with my boss tomorrow so I’m probably going to bring it up. The parts about my current role anyway.
