RANT. Bad news from the doctor. My eyesight has been damaged by fluctuating blood sugars. The result of not being able to get Ozempic or Mounjaro for reliably AND not being able to eat a low carb diet 100% of the time. I FEEL SO RESPONSIBLE. Also if you take ozempic for weight loss my eyes and kidneys hate you. Going to take a nap, maybe I will feel kinder when I wake. #diabetes
