    Oh! I forgot to update on the anti-snore mouth guard I purchased. After almost a week of usage, I can unequivocally say: it works! My wife reports at least a 70% reduction in the amount and loudness overall. I have been feeling much more well-rested too. So if you snore, do yourself a favor and try it out.
