I saw this common blue (Polyommatus icarus) in the grass and started taking pictures. The then flew onto my camera, so I started taking pictures with my .
Then it made itself comfortable on my arm and stayed there almost all the way home (at least 10 minutes).

Same butterfly sitting on my camera.
Now it's on my arm.
Spreading its wings while on my arm you can see how blue and shimmery it really is.

What to do against extreme heat?
Put more planes in the air! The jets act as giant fans that cool everything down.

What to do against starvation? Feed the rich! The feeling of satiety will trickle down to everybody else.

What to do against wildfires? Destroy the wilderness! Nothing left to burn.

What to do against flooded streets? Build larger motorways! The water will spread and not be able to fully flood a single one of the hundred lanes.

Other simple fixes that basically solve everything:

  • headscarf ban
  • walls on all boarders
  • eradicating neo-pronouns
  • banning books

Solving the is so easy we can basically wait another century to do something about it. 🥱 :thisisfine:

As a child I basically was one of the people who believed that technological advances would save us from the .
I believed we would drain the ocean as it rose, remove the salt and use the water to reforest the Sahara.
That would solve a lot of problems if it was feasible, but it wouldn't lead to if done in a capitalist way.

Now I believe we should not build any more roads, cars or plains, breed any more live stock or extract any more fossil fuels.

We should just not to conservative science fiction, that promises a quick and easy fix for the climate.

I've been thinking about this for a while now, but now I have an acute reason: Someone on a instance is me.
They use my full name, a profile pic of my face and even post child pictures of me while posting horrific (racist, pedophilic,... ) stuff in between.

I guess two things one can try to do is find out the hoster and the domain registrar and ask them to shut the site down.
But how exactly do I find them out?

Other than that does it make any sense to pursue legal action?
