@Julianoe Le site de TER reste une référence pour moi, SNCF Connect ne me sert que pour les horaires en gare et voir les correspondances pour les trajets, le reste je privilégie le site TER. J'ai jamais pensé aux cartes mais c'est vrai que le site TER référence super bien. J'ai un fichier ASR, introuvable sur SNCF Connect.

I freaking hate politics right now. There is no place for views that aren't hard-left or hard-right. There is no desire for dialog. Most people in reality are not perfect ideological stereotypes. But in spite of that, I see more and more of my online acquaintances falling into line with these sterotypes. Being part of the left leaning FOSS community, usually this means presenting as far left revolutionaries. It is resulting in the split of communities and ejection of good faith participants.

@soller as I always say, there should not be left or right. Creating our opinions from this or limiting all of our ideas to this it oversimplifying politics and creates a friend / enemy relationship which only leads to more extremism, more "anti-" and less concrete opinions

Si elle n'est pas branchée, le seul risque c'est qu'elle tombe en panne...

Dans l'article, on comprend que ce père ne sait pas non plus utiliser le contrôle parental intégré.

Il faut quand même dire qu'objectivement, les systèmes de contrôle parental sont assez compliqués à mettre en œuvre (testé sur iOS et Windows), avec des bugs/blocages à l'activation bordéliques à contourner.

@jon Banning crypto mining indirectly means banning crypto as mining is what allows the network to run and be secure. So having no node in one country will make transactions slow and expensive.
If mining is banned everywhere, crypto is indirectly banned too.

Yes, it consumes a lot of power, but there is not much we can do. Maybe banning only "industrial" mining and limit mining devices per homes.

@jon Unfortunately, like anything that is banned in one country, there is no absolute way to ban it as a whole.

I hate to say that but yes, 90% of projects are scams, abusing the fact that people don't know anything about it. And the energy consumption part is why Ethereum changed it's security model.

But the networks works a bit like a torrent network, there will always be someone to run it somewhere, and it's almost impossible to detect it, and impossible to completely shut down.

That's why I think it's better to limit instead of banning.

@veronica @jon That's why many tokens use Proof of stake, the bad part is that bitcoin is so harcoded that it cannot be changed.

For the speculation part, I'm not into this but yes, it's a more volatile market that works 24/7 with nobody limiting it. So it's a lot more accessible and works in real time.

And for money laundering. Most of it is still done in the standard SWIFT network or in cash. And to convert classic currency to crypto, exchanges have to follow regulations similar to banks (to check funds origin).

@veronica @jon And I have a use I want, which would be to replace the numeric currencies.
Yes it's complicated and won't be done quickly, but it prevents banks from limiting financial transactions.
Of course if you mess up, nothing can get back your money, which is a downside.
But it's in opposition to the CBDCs that are announced by more central banks which are 100% centralized and are a risk for financial freedom.

Elle se charge dix fois plus vite que l'interface web de YouTube.
C'est gratuit, ça marche sous Windows, Linux et Mac.
Ah oui... et ça intègre SponsorBlock pour bloquer les publicités (même les parties promotionnelles des vidéos !). Il suffit d'activer l'option dans les paramètres.

A few comments on my latest video seem to paint a very depressing picture of how poorly people understand the political spectrum.

People saying these anti VPN laws are why the left shouldn’t be allowed to govern:

Sorry to tell you this, these laws are being passed by our current French government, which is absolutely right wing (some would say center right, but let’s be honest, they’re passing laws our far right has been dreaming of for decades).
