But if you're telling me that there is an equivalence between Democrats and Republicans on policy, you have got to be freaking kidding me. There is a reason why the economy grew 60 million jobs under Carter, Clinton, Biden, and Obama. There is a reason why it contracted under Trump and Bush II. An #Ohio woman who left a toddler at home to go on a 10 day vacation has been sentenced to life in prison after the toddler died. There was no excuse for what the woman did. But this was a tragedy waiting to happen. She had depression and mental health issues. #MedicareForAll will mean people can get help without charge and without the stigma. @purplepadma@Callalily Well, it's too bad that the UK passed Brexit and drove away all the prospective doctors who might have been open to relocating there. Secondly of all, the proposals here go above and beyond what the UK has. In other words, there are no hoops people have to jump through.

This was the precise instant when YouTube Music employees became aware that we had lost our jobs, as we were addressing the City Council.
@yogthos And now they won't let me use adblockers, which means anytime I want to use YouTube, I have to listen to ads blaring at me. Or babysit the computer and be ready to hit the mute button when they come. Or use FreeTube, but Norton & Windows Defender threw a fit when I tried to update it. And who knows how long that will last before Google cracks down on it.
