    So it turns out it's because in the requested new sex designation section I wrote female instead of just F. So I had to sign an affidavit saying for question 21 I am requesting my sex designation be F.

    @HelenG I started this in July and just wish that each time they didn't say this is correct or it looks good, to call me back and say something is missing or not filled out properly. I have to take the day off work to come out to the courthouse to fix these
