For now, you can add additional Search Engines on mobile by adding them on the desktop version of Vivaldi and using Sync to bring them over to mobile.

Can you point us to the Forum topic where disabling gestures is discussed? We found some that could be the ones you're thinking of, but we want to be sure.
Regarding passwords. Viewing and copying passwords that you've saved in Vivaldi is not possible, without first entering your devices lock screen PIN, password or pattern.

Whenever you tap on a login field to enter the username/password, your password manager should offer a relevant login above the keyboard or you should be able to search for login credentials by tapping on the 🔑 icon on the keyboard and selecting your preferred password storage.

You can divide your bookmarks into folders for better structure. Then the folders and rest of your bookmarks will be synced. In most cases, you can also sort the bookmarks in a few different ways locally.
