Went on a nice hike today, but my kids really tested my patience. 1.5 and 4.5 year old kids, day full of tantrums and meltdowns. Plus I’m feeling sick now. And out of shape/overweight. And grumpy. Hoping another decent night’s sleep will help.

TODAY IN SPAIN!

The northern Spanish city of Zaragoza was inundated by a heavy downpour in less than 20 minutes. The fire brigade had to rescue desperate people from their cars.

Curiosity got the best of me

Downloaded Threads from IG and started the sign up process.

First question .... sign in with existing IG or create new.

I deleted my IG several months ago.

So, create new seemed the logical way to proceed.

Turns out, when you delete your IG, Meta keeps your info.

My threads account was locked immediately upon creation as suspected identity fraud because the phone # and email was already in their database.

So now they have two of me, and I can't use either one. 🤷‍♂️🤣🤣🤣

Someone should make a search engine-browser combo that only returns lo-fi static sites. No pop-ups, automatic videos, obtrusive ads, privacy-violating cookies, etc. GIF banners O.K.
