    Following because I desperately want to know as well. Cyber protection for tradfi brokerages seem 100% based on having a big red undo button and maybe some shitty geofencing or SMS 2FA sprinkled on top

    I used to passionately endorse over , given how absolutely pathetic discord is.

    The added benefit of matrix was the group e2ee. Sigh, I guess @revoltchat is what i'll be advocating for now as an alternative to discord.

    It's a sacrifice given how it does not have e2ee, neither in DMs, nor in community channels.

    I was talking about this recently with some open source activist types, and they pointed out to me that so many of our (good) tools are funded by or originated from gov/cops/megacorps, including:

    • tor
    • linux
    • android
      etc

    So while it sucks, and maybe it would be a good idea to move off Element to a different client, as long as there's no reason to suspect that Matrix the protocol is compromised, then we should continue to use the best available protocol. Especially if the alternatives are less safe.

    That seemed like a sensible way to approach the problem

    We have numerous accounts to share about how our organization was able to gain initial access to various fortune 100 companies using the ResultsCX network and credentials. Interestingly, these companies are completely unaware that we have accessed their PII data. Although we will not disclose any specific names at this time, we would like to inform everyone that we had Global Admin status with this company for half a year. As a form of retaliation, we also put a lock on their 60+ ESXi environments. I empathize with any company that utilizes their services, especially those within the healthcare industry in the United States. This serves as a final caution, as evidence and explicit accusations will be revealed in the coming days.

    Obnoxiously naive question alert: hearing about the unprecedented level of solidarity for the striking writers from other Hollywood trades - I keep wondering, at what point do they just say "fuck the studios" and form workers cooperatives?     The drive from Raton NM to Taos is an absolute delight (assuming it isn't on fire or buried in snow).
    It goes through Cimarron, Eagle Nest, and Angel Fire.
    High road route from Santa Fe to Taos is pretty sweet, too.
