Someone actually built a Chrome extension to "Hide annoying Google AI Overviews". LOL. Right now it only has 2,000 users, but I wouldn't be surprised if it reaches millions in a few months when SGE (Search Generative Experience) will be rolled out globally. https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/hide-google-ai-overviews/neibhohkbmfjninidnaoacabkjonbahn Duckduckgo is also releasing similar tech using AI .

@ff3 hey, I found this week your project, and I had created long time ago a similar project with django, right now I've got it with postgres runing in a rpi4, I saw that there is the option to switch the DB to postgres, but not a lot of documentation, is it something you won't recommend to use? or is it fine to use postgres?

@nixCraft more funcionalitys + less payed developers = soon to crash... Is happening with most of the software... Today I had a new company phone, and it's an iphone, I crashed the keyboard like 2 or 3 times... trying to put a german address with spanish keyboard. Amaizing!

OMG. This is the real deal. Bython: Python with braces. Because Python is awesome, but whitespace is awful. Bython is a Python preprosessor which translates curly brackets into indentation. Would you use this? https://pypi.org/project/Bython/

@nixCraft And the browser crashes, os have lots of security vulnerabilities, AAA Games crashes (more if you look at EA games), game engines also crash, art tools... I don't use them, but I'm sure, they crash too, audio tools... for sure... Yeah, C is super safe, :-P

@godotengine I was trying to using the autotile from godot in the code, but it's working much more weird than with the UI of godot, when I use https://docs.godotengine.org/en/stable/classes/class_tilemap.html#class-tilemap-method-set-cells-terrain-connect Where is it used internally in the code of godot for the UI? @nixCraft I've got a sailfish os (it's a linux phone), but I've got a networking problem with waydroid, I ask in sailfish forums, but nobody knows the answer, in summary when the waydroid (an lxc container) is runing, creates some networking that makes my phone to not connect to the default 3G or wifis, but once I stop the network device, the phone works as expected, do you have any clue what it can be?

@nixCraft I used chrome for a lot of time... until one day, I decided not to use it anymore... I realize the monopoly of Google, and then I switched to... Waterfox & firefox. I still have a "ungoogled chrome" installed in my machine for when is needed... like the old times with internet explorer.
