Henry Kissinger is dead. I worked down the hall from him in the mid-90s at the same think tank. Kissinger was often demanding and foul mouthed. He stormed into my bosses office the day after Oliver Stone's movie Nixon was released - ranting fowl language while slamming the office door so hard he shattered the window. The developers who own Little Woods and Youngstown Senior Mobile Home Park are threatening closure unless they are allowed to significantly rase the rents (by over 150% in the Youngstown case). This is a huge and unaffordable increase for many. This Youngstown financials show healthy earnings yearly without this massive increase. The highest allowable rent increase rate is 2%.
