Ugh, the NHL is at it again.

The ban of one-off custom gear for awareness/advocacy games apparently extends to Marc-André Fleury's mask for Native American Heritage Night. Which he had hand-painted by a Prairie Island artist in honor of his wife. MAF said straight-up he'd pay the fine himself. So the league went after the Wild. And now he's sitting out tonight.

Fleury is the only one here who isn't being a coward.

Someone elseweb has linked me to https://rainbowfibercoop.org/ and I feel like I need to share the link with everybody. Because this is so cool. It's a Diné-led agricultural co-op that focuses on Navajo-Churro sheep. They do yarn and roving and all their own dyeing, and it looks amazing.
