I walked down Scott St yesterday for a few kms and I can’t even remember how many people I saw driving and texting. Stopped at an intersection and using their phones. I just listened to an #instagram video about the stress of booking a flight from Barcelona to Paris… the Ryanair airport is very far from Barcelona and absolutely not worth the price of tickets BUT… you can take a direct train from Barcelona to Paris that takes 6 wonderful hours for $126 fucking Canadian dollars 😭😭😭😭 my god I miss living over there sometimes. Apparently a neighbourhood kid is in critical condition after presumably being found unresponsive in the water. Fuck I hate this. It’s the kids birthday this week, it’s almost June and we’re all sick again. The kid’s had the “cough at night that doesn’t go away” for weeks and my throat and lungs hurt as they haven’t in a long time. Tests are negative for days and fuck I hate kindergarten sometimes.
