Today Almost the whole world is celebrating end of WW2 and have public bank holidays. Not in , we do not celebrate, end of WW2 cemented occupation of this country by imperialistic that lasted till 1991. About every 7th has been murdered or deported to Siberia, process of Russification started. And today I have all hopes that western politicians will not sold to Russian . is “almost” nuclear weaponised and west does not have problem intervene. So why the fuck it can’t intervene in against . Let’s beat Russian out of Ukraine, let’s stop the next Hitler, while we can.

Can we just stop using term is hallucinating, while it should be called “bullshting”. If you feed sht into it, sh*t will go out, same as with human education and we will never call it hallucinating for humans. Stop pretending it is some disease, it is fundamental flaw in design, bad use case and bad data.

Asi po 15 letech jsem šel osobně do banky. Z těch služeb a jednání mám dost retro pocit. Jako fanda architektury jsem alespoň ocenil to prostředí, ale výsledkem je, že v průběhu jednoho týdne tam musím osobně dvakrát 🥲 vysvětlit co vase firma dělá, pokud je to technologické, je docela hardcore.

@sesivany @jakubzelenka Toho, času. Zalozil jsem OÜ v Estonsku a banky mají asi nějaký trigger, protože hned následující den mi psali na kontaktní adresu firmy snad všechny estonsky banky a slibovali hory doly abych si u nich otevřel účet. Samozřejmě on-line s telefonickým supportem privátního bankéře pokud bych potřeboval. Tak nevím asi se máte ještě co učit.

@sesivany @jakubzelenka tak zrovna to otevření účtu je poměrně milé. Vzhledem k tomu ze ti jsou startup balíčky včetně elektronických faktur, účetnictví apod. Člověk se alespoň muže soustředit na důležité věci.

@ondrej @sesivany @jakubzelenka tady jsou spíše smutní když se s nima člověk chce vidět. Jinak ani při hypotéce jsme se osobně neviděli ani s jednou ze 4 bank které mi poslali schvalenou nabidku. V bance jsem byl v Estonsku jen jednou a to když jsem otevíral účet a ještě jsem nebyl rezident (bez ID).

@RezzaBuh @goodmirek @ondrej @sesivany @jakubzelenka u Airbank je jedna věc co nás jako expaty hrozně limituje a v podstatě je ta banka pro nás nepoužitelná. A to nemožnost zadat nečeské telefonní číslo. Takže v podstatě ny člověk musel nonstop do banky při aktivaci aplikace apod. I tohle jsem nakonec dokázal vyřešit i s naprosto zkostnatělou Unicredit.

@freemo @fredbrooker if you say Java, we should also say Kotlin. However if I would be tasked with 5+ nines SLA than I would take into consideration Erlang/Elixir perhaps Scala with their Actors models.

@freemo @fredbrooker and if they do, they than do not separate data model and this will kill them during horizontal scaling because they are not stateless :-) you have idea how many state full micro services I have seen in my live in terms of for example login sessions. Technically impossible to horizontally scale.

@w7voa just when the West will realise, that communist words on paper are not worthy even as toilet paper. We Eastern Europeans countries have been calling ages, do not trust Russia and Putin and you should listen us now when we are telling the same about China. Copying and ignoring trade secrets and intellectual properties is in nature of China and that’s not going to change.

@sesivany @archos @kubicek ja si pravé z toho RH 5.1 pamatuju KDE 1.0 prerelease, tuším ze stále kernel 2.2 (možná 2.0) ja měl kliku, ze jsem měl paušál neomezený GPRS internet. Ale u toho Red Hatu jsem dlouho nezůstal a nějak jsem se dostal k debianu buď to byl ještě Slink nebo čerstvě vyšlo Potato. Každopádně to byly ty doby kdy člověk kernel proste kompilovat musel a bylo to škola jak má být.
