@stevenray i haven’t watched it since it was on but i looooved the first few seasons. eventually i just sort of gradually lost interest though 🤷

We started doing this for each other years back. Basically one of us just announces the other is getting a perfect day in a few days, we clear our schedules, and then just pamper the other all day long. Sometimes we do it when one of us is having a rough patch, other times we just do it spontaneously because it’s been a minute.
It’s one of my favorite couple traditions we have.
This also feels like a situation where the activity on the account is so insignificant it would not affect our taxes by even a cent if I just totally forgot it

So it also feels like if I forgot it, this would be the one year that we get audited and it would turn out filing that one form could have kept me out of jail but instead they’ll be taking me to a CIA black site
@jepyang well I'm guessing it's a deduction for interest and the good (?) news is the IRS never complains if you claim less than you're entitled to, only if you claim more. So if it's like a $50 deduction or something and you just feel like it's not worth it, you can just skip it
Hey all. There’s a comic book shop near me that’s struggling at the moment. The owner is disabled and nonbinary and dealing with some personal hardships too. They could use some sales.
They do mail-order, so if you’re in the US and looking to pick up some comics or graphic novels, maybe give them a look? (I bet they can order stuff that’s not on their site too.)
And if you’re not in a place to order something, could you give this post a boost?
This shop is a really special spot. The owner and most of the staff are queer, and they stock a ton of queer comics and books for all ages. They’re possibly the only business left in the area that is masks-mandatory. They host drag storytimes and they’re active community organizers.
They’re awesome, I really appreciate everyone on fedi showing support.
