Other thoughts on the Vision Pro.

It’s heavy. I didn’t feel like the fit at my demo was fantastic.

In a year or two, when it’s cheaper, lighter, and there is a ton more content (the sports demos were impressive) I’ll consider it.

For right now, it feels like a $3500 technology demo.

A friend of mine was admitted to a hospital. 40 degrees fever, throwing up, diarrhea, stomach pains. Tests for COVID-19 and flu turned negative. So, the doctor sent her to a hospital until they can figure out what it is.

They have a small kid at home with similar symptoms, but also a sore throat, which my friend doesn't have.

Any ideas what it might be? Some kind of bacterial infection, perhaps?

BTW, in case you don't know (and as I do know from personal experience), in Bulgarian hospitals you have to bring your own toilet paper. The hospital is under no obligation to provide the rooms with any.

@indie sounds like some sort of browser canvas issue. If you are able to get screen shots or can reproduce it, I'd recommend opening an issue in the Mastodon github issue tracker

@hayo @indie perhaps. I know that older browsers are having some odd issues with some of the recent library changes, and I've seen a lot of issues over the years with different security/privacy plugins in mastodon, but none manifested like what is reported here. It sounds a lot like a problem in the browser, particularly since there are 16000 other security and forensics people currently using the site without issue
