ist ja schön und gut, aber manchmal geht der einfach viel zu weit!

Ich habe mich schon länger gewundert, warum mir Orte nicht mehr bei Google angezeigt werden, bis ich ein Artikel gefunden habe, die EU haben das unterbunden!

Jetzt finde ich die gesuchte Orte nicht mehr wieder, alles wegen Datenschutz!
Deswegen wähle ich nicht die , zu viel Datenschutz ist nämlich auch kacke.
Weiß wahrscheinlich jeder der zu einen neuen Arzt muss....

Ein Killerfeature der Mastodon-Suche ist der Operator "in:library", damit durchsucht man alle seine gefavten und geboosterten Tröts, oder welche in den Lesezeichen. Das ging auf Twitter nicht!
Für eigene Tröts suche ich mit "Suchbegriff from:me".

Und auch deshalb ist die Digitalisierung, die früher oder später unweigerlich auf eine Post-Privacy-Gesellschaft herausläuft, in erster Linie eine Dystopie:

Google und Facebook/Meta geben Nutzer:innendaten an die US-amerikanische Polizei weiter, damit diese Menschen verfolgen kann, die Informationen zu Abtreibungen suchen.

Und das ist nur ein Beispiel. Morgen kann schon illegal sein, was heute noch legal ist und etwaige Datenschutzgesetze können auch in Europa gelockert werden, während die Überwachungsinfrastruktur, Digitalzwänge/Abhängigkeiten und der Zugriff auf Gesundheitsdaten immer invasiver werden.
