If you have a piece of shit smart TV (this is all of them. all of them.) I highly recommend just getting a Chromecast TV (which is, ironically, an HDMI dongle and not a TV), and using that for TV YouTube/chromecast

It is worth the $30-$40 to never deal with Smart TV again

THCa vape is a bust, just like delta 8 ones. Almost $100 down the drain on those

I really wish online THC places would sell sample packs of each type of THC (not each FLAVOR of the SAME kind) so I can tell what works

Personally, nothing but delta 9 THC so far. Not even a light buzz.

not my gif. a 2 year old suddenly realizing everything they ever knew, everything they thought they understood was wrong. he goes through multiple stages of grieving, visibly in seconds. first he goes flat, then the lip comes up, then he realizes all is lost. his eyes slowly droop to one side, his chin drops. rejection. it's all over for this kid. as his eyes meet the floor, we all know. there is no hope.

A friend who was dealing with an unpromising future where he knew he would need to be taken care of in the not so distant future, once told me that his biggest fear would be when the moment came when the last of his independence would melt away and that he would become a burden to others.

I didn't know how to console him. So I just sat with him and listened.

It amazes me how much, as a culture, that we internalize our own care, and the care of others, as a "burden".

What is wrong with us?

I got a chance to use a car today so I'm like damn I'm gonna get rid of these paint cans and swelling batteries! And now I'm all the way out at the transfer station

They're closed for Easter Monday!!!!

The transfer station is right here but the gate is closed!!!

I've been tired and uncreative for a long time. My best creative bursts have been when I was between paying gigs but I've had the same job for nine years now. "Not a big problem," I thought, "when I get to retire I can reignite that spark. Based on family history I should live into my nineties."

After four months of constant pain from degenerated discs, living into my nineties isn't feeling like the gift of free time I expected it to be. I'm not suicidal, but I am just. so. fucking. tired.
