Board of City Commissioners in Shawnee passed an ordinance prohibiting sleeping outdoors as well as sitting or lying down in the right-of-way

It passed in a 6-1 vote

@flexghost Martin vs Boise set precedent that cities (states in this case?) cannot enforce anti-camping laws unless they provide enough beds to shelter people.

Chico, CA (where I live) tried to enforce a law similar to Boise’s and we now at least have better and more shelters after Chico got shellacked in court.

Oklahoma can prepare for a costly lawsuit.

Yes, this question is as simple as it seems. It applies to any genre of music. So, if you ONLY like one genre and nothing else, you would still answer yes. Only answer no if you don't like ANY music.

I reckon both: genres and artists/songs.

With thousands of genres/sub-genres (and even more artists/songs), I start to question the discernment of anyone who likes it “all.”

(Important to distinguish between liking and appreciating here. I appreciate Merzbow’s contributions to music and have enjoyed his performances, but I don’t think I “like” his music.)

People could probably argue forever about what the "best" punk album ever is, so I'm going with this is my FAVORITE punk album ever (that I've heard so far).

It's damn perfect.

And it came out in 2019.

If you like punk AT ALL, give it a listen (their other stuff is great too, but this is a MASTERPIECE).

I don't usually get SUPER excited for new albums, I gotta really love the band. Sometimes things stand out. I was excited for the new Gee Tee and Bong Coffin records that came out in March, I'm excited for the new Hives one that comes out in August, and just based on these two songs, I'm PSYCHED to hear the rest of this new Wristwatch album coming in July. Catchy stuff.
