Apparently my developer account will be deleted in 60 days if I don’t fix games that don’t need fixing so I can stay on the Play store and not sell anything anyway.
@nivrig hah. I've been trying to delete my account for years without success, and now they finally deleted it with threats of "we are going to do it". 🎉
New trend in my inbox: Getting spammed with offers for doing sponsored videos about robotic vacuum cleaners. Probably because I use a (regular old school) vacuum cleaner in some of my videos to dust off old computer parts. Sheesh.
@Tijn don't they have a web version? I mean, isn't discord an Electron app or whatever?
I don't use discord but I know enough to not like it. Yep, people choose whatever they want for their communities, but that doesn't make it good.
Recently I offered myself to do some testing. I don't have discord, we can use email... cool, download this from Dropbox and required auth. I don't have account and I don't want one 😅 It felt wrong having to apologise for that. Yep, people's choices.
I'm currently finishing "The Heart of Salamanderland" for the Amstrad CPC, that will have a physical release by PolyPlay (see my Brick Rick for an example!).
Fixed the animation importer. Lots of stuff is actually working to get it this far, and not really much changed in the code apart from platform things. I had to recompile SGDK to boost the stack space though.
I'll need to look at how to implement the background tiles and if it can be done in a way the fits into the MegaDrive's not-mega memory. I think there's about 4Kb spare with the smallest dungeon size 😬
